Genesis (3,333 supply) is the primary PFP collection, minted directly. Strays (6,666 supply) is the secondary collection — it can only be minted by burning $SCRAPS, which you earn by staking a Genesis.
$SCRAPS is the project's utility token. It's earned only by staking a Genesis in the Kennel, and it's burned to mint Strays. It has no other current use.
Stake it in the Kennel if you want to earn $SCRAPS. Holding without staking is fine too, but you won't accrue $SCRAPS unless it's staked.
Pedigree (Forge Pedigree) is a planned system linking Genesis to Strays. Rarity is not revealed at mint — there is a delayed reveal after minting closes.
